The well-known STOBITEX PU Protection Sleeves are now extended with an advancement, which improves on the very good characteristics of the previous version.
As a result of the rounded sides, the new STOBITEX H y p e r f l e x® Protection Sleeves Protecting have a shape that largely prevents the sleeves from bending, which means that the belt is no longer jammed. Wear due to adjustment thrusts caused by a jammed belt is therefore a thing of the past.
Another advantage is the better flexibility in comparison to the standard version. The sleeves are available in 4 m lengths for 1 - 10 ton belts (standard 30 widths).

Material: PU elastomer approx. 80 Shore A, elongation at break 450 % (DIN 53 504).
Additional tear resistance 20 N/mm (DIN 53 515), abrasion 60 mg (DIN 53 516)
Structure: PU protecting cover with textile insert.
Note: While abrasion protection is already ensured with small layer thicknesses, the cut firmness rises with the increasing thickness of the PU layer. A good cut firmness is ensured starting from a 5 mm layer thickness.
