The Hyperflex VARIO Protection Sleeves are an advancement on the Hyperflex Protection Sleeves.
They have been specially designed for round slings.
Hyperflex VARIO Protection Sleeves are characterised by a variable inner height, which means
they can be used in many ways.
They do not have side beading, which leads to even better flexibility.
The uncoated, side PES webbing is sealed with a thin PU impregnation resulting in good abrasion protection.
The double-sided design is shown in the diagram. The sleeves can also be supplied as single-sided versions.

The details of the round sling tonnage in the description is therefore only a rough guide. The size of protection sleeve must therefore be individually chosen.
Supply in lengths of 2 and 4 m. Special sizes and designs on request.

- Material: PU elastomer approx. 80 Shore A, elongation at break 450 % (DIN 53 504). Additional tear resistance 20 N/mm (DIN 53 515), abrasion 60 mg (DIN 53 516)
- Structure: PU protecting cover with textile insert.
- Note: While abrasion protection is already ensured with small layer thicknesses, the cut firmness rises with the increasing thickness of the PU layer. A good cut firmness is ensured starting from a 5 mm layer thickness.
